Incredible day hike in Banff - Lake Louise/Agnes, Tea Houses, Plane of Six Glaciers -Choose Kindness

Lake Louise... the crown jewel of the Canadian Rockies. I remember seeing pictures of this place when I was a child and knew I had to see it for myself someday. We put together this pretty epic day hike consisting of Little Beehive, Lake Agnes, Plane of Six Glaciers, and two tea houses built way up in the mountains. It was such a cool experience to have tea and snacks up on the trail. I am so excited to share this place with you all. In this video I share a message of Kindness. Something we can all agree the world needs a little more of these days. The choice to choose kindness, instead of the many other default emotions we may choose. It reminds us of our own true nature, which is love, when we choose kindness. Our kindness can become contagious. Encouraging others to do the same.
