The Art of Persian Khatam on a Handmade Pipe

In this tutorial, I show the process of transforming a handmade wooden pipe into a unique work of art featuring traditional Persian Khatam. This project was created in collaboration with a skilled Persian Khatam craftsman. I made the handmade pipe, and the beautiful Khatam work was carefully applied by the craftsman, combining traditional Iranian craftsmanship with handmade woodworking. Khatam is one of Iran’s most intricate traditional arts, known for its delicate geometric patterns and precise inlay work.
