I Ran Out of Dough on My Second Pizza Day!

Second pizza day at Loundy’s Pizza, my backyard Neapolitan pizza takeaway in Parkstone (Poole). After the soft opening the week before, I thought I had a better idea of what to expect. Then I ran out of dough just at the end of service. This one covers the whole day: the prep, firing up the @gozney Dome Gen 2 XL, getting the orders out, and what I’m changing so it doesn’t happen again. If you’re thinking about starting a small pizza setup at home, this is what it really looks like, mistakes and all. On the menu: Margherita, Marinara, Loundy’s Hot One, ’Nduja and the Biscoff Beauty. Everything’s stone baked and collection only from Upper Parkstone in Poole, Dorset. Thanks to everyone who came to collect, and sorry to anyone I let down when the dough ran out.
