Since implants were not an option here - we have decided to replace 25-years worn partial denture onto new Ziroconia/porcelain bridges. The patient started having FCP since the denture teeth have worn which started affecting palatal surfaces of incisors by friction during chewing in the functional envelope. But -however -the patient had his comfortable "equilibrated through years" MIP position which I have decided not to change - having an ability to design new functional envelope free of friction and constrictions, I have just left his old CR which corresponded to MIP.. We have discussed esthetics -considering lip dynamics etc.. and decided that where is no need for osteogingivoplasty as well as flap reposition after extracion of 22.. So basically - having all options on the table - the patient has chosen the plan presented here.. Pre-prep smile design---extraction--gingivoplasty--temporary&healing--final scans for final restorations--post-prep Smile Design--corrections of 35 after scan analysis patient refused ortho-intrusion--final zirconia restorations. Implants in lower jaw are still to go the only reasonable option here
