Building a Drone Meritocracy at SkySuite

📈 The community roughly doubled in a couple of days — and this impromptu mid-week session tackles the good problem that creates: how do you keep development and people moving together when growth outruns the pace? The heart of it is a shift toward meritocracy. Recognition should track real contribution — testing workflows, answering other pilots' questions, filing feedback that actually helps — not trivial logins or profile touch-ups, with any scoring change explained openly rather than adjusted quietly. Operators also dig into the technical discipline that separates pros from amateurs: understanding your equipment's real accuracy limits instead of trusting a vendor's claims, verifying ground control points, and one pilot's finding that horizontal numbers held up while vertical drifted. Plus the push for honest tickets — verifiable fixes and specific, screenshot-backed reports. Fast growth only works if the community grows into it, teaching each other and telling the truth.   ⚠️ AI-produced — treat as discussion, not a source of record; verify any facts independently.   🚁 Start free at SkySuite → https://skysuite.pro
