Mushroom 6 can be a pain sometimes but, use Final form or Wisdom but make sure you have a lot of magic and ethers to restore the mag as well and you won’t have too much of a problem with this one. A or X: I set the Ethers B or O: went with Firaga X or Square: went with Blizzaga Y or Trianlge: went with Thundaga Mushroom VI has a set pattern so if you memorize it and punish with the appropriate magic spells while also making sure your magic is always FULL with the Ethers, beating this one under 45 seconds shouldn’t be a problem!
