Held on October 18, 2014 at the Knipp-Stengel Barn, The Sea Ranch, California The 50th anniversary of The Sea Ranch in 2014-15 was the occasion for a public forum at TSR’s historic Knipp-Stengel Barn. Six architecture and landscape specialists analyzed the TSR founders’ plans for an ecological community, critiqued TSR’s evolution over the past 50 years, and made recommendations for the future.
