Uhtred & Æthelflæd | Wildest Dreams

I finished binge-watching «The Last Kingdom» a couple of days ago and to say that I am obsessed with it is a gross understatement. Honestly, it's one of the single best TV show I have ever seen and I'm ashamed of myself for not watching it sooner. Everything about it is amazing. The writing, the directing, the cinematography, the special effects, and most of all, the acting. This show has got one of the most talented casts you will ever see. Every single actor is outstanding, no matter how big or small their role is. There is just one tiny detail that I didn't like about it: the fact that they have managed to kill of every single one of my favourite characters. First Leofric, then Halig, then Erik, and then Ragnar. I swear to God, if they so much as dare touch a hair on Finan's head... Anyway, immediately after watching the show, I started making a general tribute video for it, but then I felt inspired to make a little something for these two. I really liked Æthelflæd with Erik, but these two have stolen my heart. Their relationship is obviously doomed, but I'm still hoping they find a way to be together somehow. (That general tribute video is still happening, by the way.) I think the part of this song that goes, «He's so tall and handsome as hell, he's so bad, but he does it so well,» is perfect to describe Uhtred.
