Teeth isolation with a rubber dam may be cumbersome for some practitioners which may delay their work, further avoiding an isolation during composite restorations May lead to restoration failure. It’s a known fact that Resin and moisture can never get along ! LM Gengiva (Gengiva is the Italian term for Gingiva) is a Gingiva retraction tool which has 3 sizes of tips and a handle . The isolation becomes easy to handle but however I prefer a retraction cord to be used before placing the instrument.
