Episode 10 is a celebration of the historic and beautiful Wall Township, New Jersey. Justin and Abe show us around the brand new Rolling Hills community currently being developed. Once complete it will consist of 15 lots of luxury homes built by Arya Properties. It will feature 4 different models with 4000+ square feet, 4/5 bedrooms, high-end fixtures, and fittings (coming as standard) with the ability to customize and design your home. Each lot comes with between 0.62- 2.6 acres with a beautiful woodland backdrop; private and quiet making the most of the gorgeous surroundings. Near to the Rolling Hills Community is the 19th Century Allaire State Park, probably best known for its historic 19th-century iron-making town, Allaire Village, and the Pine Creek Railroad, a narrow-gauge train ride. The Manasquan River winds through the park providing excellent opportunities for freshwater fishing. The river’s floodplain also provides habitat for over 200 species of wildflowers, trees and plants as well as habitat for birds and other wildlife. Hiking and multi-use trails are throughout the park. You can also hire out the park for events, visit for picnics and camping too. Abe visited Scarborough Fair Restaurant and got to try some of the delicious meals on the menu, recommended by the owner Mike Fotinos. For over 100 years this establishment was a farmhouse from the mid-1850s to the 1970s. Now, it is home to the most unique, romantic restaurant in New Jersey. Scarborough Fair, home of the private dining "alcoves", gets its romantic ambiance from its rustic decor, unique architecture and mood lighting. It has something for everyone: choose between the “city-like” cocktail program, amazing wine menu, and the most delicious eclectic cuisine in this neighborhood gem. Menu's are lovingly created sourcing the finest and freshest locally grown, sustainable and organic ingredients. Humanely raised organic meats and poultry, wild fish and shellfish or purchased fresh from local fisheries. Any occasion becomes one to remember when you dine in this unique and exquisite restaurant.
