Not many buses left in York actually have character with the majority being EVs or Euro 6 blandness nowadays, but Connexions Super 13 is always worth checking out. A few Solars remain in use for now, this one having quite the interesting history! Having been new to First PMT as 65740 as part of a batch of 8 for the Chester-Liverpool service, it passed to Stagecoach with their takeover of the Chester and Wirral operations in 2013. There it became numbered 28552 and remained for a few years, before passing to Connexions in 2018. This bus was serving the Super 13: Copmanthorpe to Haxby via York Filmed in April 2025.
