Origins are so important to be able to understand how we came to be where we are today. "In the beginning," there were no earthly eyewitnesses and so whether you believe in Creation by Divine action or you are holding out for evolution to no longer be just a theory, "The Theory of Evolution," you are a believer...in something. In this video, no Creationist argument is presented, only the words of John as he coexists with sparring beliefs of his time. So, what can we learn from John's point of view. Is it worth considering? if what He says is true, what is he trying to tell us about the book of Genesis and the origin story? It is no happenstance that John, a Hebrew himself, begins his book with "In the Beginning" as is the case of the book of Genesis. Did John, who lived with and learned from Jesus, who was Himself claiming to be The Creator, have an inside understanding of Genesis, specifically the creation of the universe?
