Hydraulic Waler Frames: Typical Installation Methodology

Waler frames provide 2-way support to trenches and are used in conjunction with trench sheeting. Each unit comprises 2 No. aluminium or steel rails strutted apart by two hydraulic cylinders. The latter are available in a range of different sizes depending on the trench width.
