Black Tot Rum Club with John Hume, former Royal Navy

In this session, Mitch Wilson (Black Tot Global Ambassador) interviews John Hume, who served as a 'Jack Dusty' in the Royal Navy - which meant he was responsible for overseeing the daily rum issue to the Navy from 1961 until Black Tot Day in 1970! Hear first hand what the daily rum ration meant to the crew, and what it meant for the social life on and off the ship.
