For the purpose of this video I transplanted them to this location. Cooking in A clay Pot: be sure to no shock the ceramic by changing the temperature too fast. Otherwise it might crack. But handled gently it serves as a great cooking vessel. Recipe.... The Stew: bacon, onion, garlic, grey peas, asparagus, ramsons, salt, dark beer, dryes forest mushrooms. Soak the peas for 24 hours and the stew only need to simmer for around 1 hour. Dip: fresh cheese, salt, garlic and ramsons Sausages: find good quality organic sausages and fry them up.
