FFVII - Solo Rotating Character No EXP Challenge, Part 1: Guard Scorpion

I have been doing challenges in this game for 20 years, but I've only ever done one solo character challenge, so let's do something about that. This is a challenge I came up with after going to bed yesterday and I think it will be fun and pretty damn hard at times. Now what the hell does rotating character mean? It means I can use any character I want, but only a limited number of times. There are nine characters and somewhere between 36 and 45 bosses, so the limit will be five times. The No EXP rule is what makes this interesting. The characters will have significant HP differences, so I have to choose carefully and not waste the strongest ones in easy battles. Only boss battles (mandatory and optional) and special enemies (like the pagoda battles) count, so I did not use one of Cloud's turns in the forced MP battle. I can use anyone in mandatory fights against random enemies, but I still have to do them solo. I can also fight as many random battles as I want for items, enemy skills etc. Other than that, there's only one more rule: no damage dealing items. All other items, materia, equipment etc. is fair game. As for this battle, it's easy. I'm using Cloud because he's got Bolt. Simple as.
