Ah, "The Deep End". An appropriate title for intimidating endgame KH1 bosses that threw you in at the deep end. It's one of my favourite KH boss themes. The earliest you can hear this song is the giant Ursula fight and it also plays for Dragon Maleficent, Rock Titan, Ice Titan, Kurt Zisa, and the first battle with Ansem. It's a step up from "Destiny's Force" in terms of danger levels. A very brassy boss theme for a sense of scale and threat.
The Remix version is probably my favourite, although I think it could do with slightly more impactful drums. This song was exclusive to KH1 until KH3 came and gave it some attention. There's a fully fledged, 4-part extension of the song for the Rock Titan, each part corresponding to a phase of the cinematic battle. It's definitely a step up from his KH1 fight, hah. The final section is a 1:1 remake, wheras the other stages are re-arrangements. It's really cool to have such an expanded song, especially with new sounds like with the vocals.
Then we have two unreleased cutscene tracks. First, a simple version for the moment the Rock Titan appears to back up his bretheren at the summit. Then an interesting re-arrangement for the scene where Ansem is kidnapped by the cooler Ansem. "You are wise" and all that. The slow part builds up to the little scuffle between SoD and Aqua. It's nice that Ansem gets his own version of this song as a reference to that beach battle.
A couple editor notes here - I decided not to smoothly transition this song because I'd have to cut the opening and I think that would be a shame, it's the most memorable part of this song. So I just played one after the other. Also, the cutscene music is ripped from the files which means parts are quieter for dialogue (This isn't a Sonic Adventure game). I raised the levels on the quieter parts a bit so it isn't as drastic.

Don't know who arranged the unreleased themes.
