Soul Thunder | 1970s Funk Inspired by Kool & the Gang

Soul Thunder is an original composition created in the spirit of Kool & the Gang’s classic 1970s funk. While the arrangement and overall sonic character draw clear inspiration from that golden era of groove-driven music, both the lyrics and the musical composition are entirely my own. Artificial intelligence was used solely as a supportive tool during the production process. Particular attention was given to the ultra-low male vocal textures — the deep, narrative-style background hollers that sit at the very bottom of the register — as they form an essential part of the track’s identity and rhythmic weight.
