Ohio Manufacturers' Association Video for 2026 Annual Forum

Ohio manufacturers helped build America. Now they’re helping shape what comes next. Debuted at the 2026 Ohio Manufacturers’ Annual Forum, this video brings together manufacturing leaders from across the state to reflect on Ohio’s manufacturing legacy, the people who power the industry and the opportunities ahead as America celebrates its 250th anniversary. From helping equip America during World War II to creating generations of middle-class opportunity, manufacturing has long been central to Ohio’s story. Today, manufacturers are investing in new technology, developing the next generation of talent and opening doors to careers that look very different from outdated perceptions of factory work. Featuring leaders including Jack Schron of Jergens, Inc., Dale Foerster of Starr Manufacturing Inc. and Billy Vickers of Modular Assembly Innovations, the video explores the people, innovation and collaboration that will define Ohio manufacturing’s next chapter. “Ohio will lead the next 250 years of manufacturing because of the tenacity of the people here in the state of Ohio,” Vickers said.
