In this video, I take you inside the traditional pori (puffed rice) making factory of my school friend Krishna and explore the hard work behind this everyday snack. Krishna is an MBA graduate who continues his family's traditional business, carried forward through three generations. His family belongs to the Andhra Reddy community and has been involved in this traditional work for around 30 years. 🔥 Making Pori Is Not an Easy Job! The process involves working in intense heat, reaching approximately 250°C. It requires skill, experience, patience, and tremendous physical effort. Rainy weather can also bring production to a complete halt, making this business even more challenging. 📍 Pori Manufacturing Unit: Karai, Kanchipuram 🏪 Shop Name: Periyasamy Pattani Shop 📍 Shop Location: Chinna Kanchipuram Market This video is a tribute to the dedication of traditional business families who preserve their skills and heritage while facing the challenges of everyday life. ❤️ Watch till the end to discover how rice is transformed into pori and learn about the inspiring story behind my friend Krishna's family business.
