Yoga Nidra as Part of IAS Corridor 21 Days Challenge https://telegram.me/iascorridor Yoga Nidra is an ancient Indian practice of Hath Yoga commonly referrered as Non-Sleep Deep Rest in Western Nations. This practice has different levels as per the teacher and practioner and their requirement from the same. Kundalini Yoga practice focuses on releasing compressed energy in the different chakras of the body and maintains the flow of Prana energy to live life upto expectation and resolve. Focussing on different chakra and their symbols in deep rest grounds people, provides them untapped energy and recently multiple research papers have proven that Yoga Nidra changes brain waves and surges dopamine levels which enhances peace, focus and motivation of the practitioner. In IAS Corridor 21 Days ongoing challenge there are different components to improve life and maintain energy starting from cold shower and Yoga Nidra is also part of this initiative. Connect here https://telegram.me/iascorridor :) Though there are many videos and tips on how to successfully execute the daily schedule and plan and how to stay motivated for upsc preparation from motivational songs to motivational videos.
