Leveling Fireball + Meteor Build preparing for ACT11 release! Fun and challenging build!

Hello everyone! Here's the build that I used to clear all the story and grinding in End Game with my second character. My main was this build for a while then I tried Toxic Flame and it was so Easy and Boring that I decided to remake the build on another character, reach the same LVL as my main, and then make the two characters with the same Zodiac Skill tree. I can then switch my Runes, equipment and Charms between characters via the bank and clear two times more Dailies and Raids! The Build works really well!
