Headphones Recommended This is, "Song Mode." A live beat tape with nine beats constructed using only the EP-133 KOII by Teenage Engineering. If you have the KOII then you know that performing live is some what of a learning curve and there is no way to have seamless transitions in between your projects. To help with that, I'm using an effects pedal called, "Rain Drops," by Dreadbox. I know that my transitions in the video aren't perfect, and they were not meant to be. Overall, the video is to show how you can perform a live beat set by using the scenes, live input effects, the fader, and your own creative samples. Let me know in the comments what you think about the beats. There are no stock sounds used in any of the beats. I only keep 20 of my favorite bass one shots on the KOII at all times. Everything else is sampled into the KOII. With all nine beats filled up on the KO, it left me with a total of 46.01 MB of memory used. To get the lo-fi texture that you heard on the entire beat set, I sampled everything (except for the bass) into my SP-202 and then into the KOII.
