Hallwood Park

The demolition of the old 'Southgate Estate in Runcorn. Rebuilt and renamed to Hallwood Park. The old 'Southgate was designed by the late James Sterling in the early 70's,and was referred to as 'Legoland',or ship containers because of the round ship like windows.
