22 RB Dragline Maintainence Part 3 Transmission Chains, Draining Gear Cases & Conical Roller Removal

In this episode, after having set the crane up ready to start our new project. I discovered that there were a few issues... Water in the Gear Cases, was the least of my troubles. There was a bad shudder when slewing and I thought the transmission chain, had jumped off again. It hadn't, after taking off the case and measuring the chains, I soon found the real cause. A flat spot on one of the front, Conical Rollers. This machine has been a great teaching aid, I'm learning new things everytime I go to operate it. I hope this will be helpful to anyone else who is not familiar with how to go about removing and repairing these hook rollers.
