Lenovo IdeaCentre AIO 3-27ALC6 RAM upgrade

A customer was experiencing random freezes on the Lenovo AIO and memory was running at around 94% to the system kept pausing briefly when opening Outlook and using multiple applications. The system came with 8GB and we upgrade this to a 16GB kit which seems to have cured the problem. Memory no runs at around 35% and the freezing has not re-occurred.
