Which Paid Mod is the Best in Skyrim?

Decided to nuke my game, update it and test out Skyrim's newest paid mod content. It's okay. WAY too expensive. Content is pretty decent overall. I'm whelmed. We didn't get to it all though so we decided not to tier list them. Wait for a bundle if anything.
