You wanted Magplar information and I've created something specifically for farming Imperial City Tel Var. Keep in mind, with a few adaptations mentioned in the video, this can also work in Overland Cyrodiil as well (Rattlecage, Willpower, Skoria with VMA weapon). For those that don't know Imperial Physique can be found by buying random boxes from Tel Var vendor and may take some time to get correct gear, use Armor of the Trainee set until then.
