Survivalist: Invisible Strain - Well They Seemed Nice achievement

The "stranger" you found at the start of the game in the fence with all the white strain zombies, is living at the top center of the map in a community called "The Cabin People" surrounded by white strain zombies... But watch out Admiral Ackbar, IT'S A TRAP! As soon as you talk to him he and his entire community will turn into white strain zombies and attack you! So I suggest having a plan, when you go up there take a car or a tent you can hide out in, a radio or possibly meats to throw as bait, and Fire & Lots of it! Set up your car or tent near their gate, throw out a radio as a diversion, SAVE THE GAME, then go talk to him. As soon as he turns run away & hide, wait for them to notice the bait, then burn them all down... The achievement isn't actually granted for meeting him, it's granted for killing him.
