IN LESSON 9 • 12 words: 취미, 독서, 음악, 노래, 춤, 여행, 등산, 수영, 축구, 게임, 사진, 좋아하다 • Say what you like: N을/를 좋아해요 • Useful activity phrases: 음악을 듣다, 노래를 부르다, 춤을 추다, 사진을 찍다, 축구를 하다 • 도 adds something; 만 limits a choice • The same form after consonants and vowels • In simple patterns, 도 and 만 replace 은/는, 이/가 or 을/를 • A sentence with 만 does not need a negative verb • Keep 좋아하다 and 좋다 patterns separate PLACEMENT CHANGES THE FOCUS 저도 영화를 좋아해요. — I, too, like movies. PRACTICE 36 questions: 12 picture questions, 12 sentence-building turns, 6 grammar checks and 6 translation questions. Answer before the reveal, then listen and repeat. Pause whenever you need more time. The replacement rule is a beginner pattern, not a ban on all particle combinations. Other combinations, including those with place particles, come in later lessons. “Only” is understood within the relevant choices in the conversation.
