When the Allies First Faced the 12th SS in Normandy (WW2 Documentary Uncensored)

In the summer of 1944, the 12th SS Panzer Division Hitlerjugend, an elite force made up of teenage volunteers led by hardened Eastern Front veterans, was thrown into the Battle of Normandy to face the full weight of the Allied invasion. This documentary covers their brutal combat actions from D-Day to the Falaise Pocket, including battles at Putot-en-Bessin, Carpiquet, Hill 112, and Operation Totalize. Outnumbered and under constant fire from British, Canadian, and American forces, the division fought to the last man in a campaign defined by attrition, fanaticism, and military collapse. Featuring detailed battlefield analysis, first-hand accounts, and hard history without politics, this is the full story of one of the most controversial divisions of World War II. #history #documentary #ww2 #story #education Patreon   / historyatwar   Help Support Us: Your donations help improve our channel and enhance the quality of our historical content. ❤️ https://www.paypal.com/donate/?hosted... 🎵Music: 'Decoherence' by Scott Buckley - released under CC-BY 4.0. www.scottbuckley.com.au 'Goliath' by Scott Buckley - released under CC-BY 4.0. www.scottbuckley.com.au Evan King - Guardians is under a YouTube Free license.    / evankingaudio   Music powered by BreakingCopyright:    • [Free Music] @ContextSensitive  - Guardian...   Disclaimer: The opinions and comments expressed in the 'Comments' section do not reflect the views of HistoryAtWar.
