3AM, Flying Home Slowly · Felt Piano & Soft Signals (Soundscape Session)

Over the past few months, I’ve been taking my time exploring what’s possible for me in this current phase of life. Moving from the city to the quiet outskirts, my new studio also sits under the flight paths. And The hum of airplanes passing overhead has become the background score of my daily life. Also ambient music has always been a space I wanted to wander into. For a long time, I was fascinated by its original essence—music designed not to demand our attention, but to blend seamlessly with the space and atmosphere around you. After setting up my tools, I decided to run my very first experiment — took a piece of field recording from a record — ambient sounds of airport terminals, tower chatter, and cabin — and layered it at the very beginning and end of this live session. Maybe It’s not something people usually do in a live session, but it felt like a special kind of expression I could find at the crossroads of my own creative backgrounds. Flying Home Slowly became a quiet, midnight soundscape session for the journey back home.
