This trip through southern Mozambique became a real adventure. I crossed wild areas where elephants, hippos crocodiles and cobras are part of the environment In some places there was no phone signal no shops, no real infrastructure just tracks, sand, bush and a long way to go But this journey was not only about the wild side of Africa.I also passed through very small villages and communities where electricity and running water are not always available. What impressed me most was the dignity, kindness and organization of the people I met With very little, they still managed to welcome me help me and make me feel safe and comfortable Even crossing by small boat became part of the adventure Nothing was really planned: the person normally responsible was in South Africa so the local community found another solution and heqlped me continue my journey.Most of the time I was also lucky with the weather beautiful days and good temperatures, with only the last few days becoming a little more difficult.No luxury. No perfect plan. Sometimes no signal at all.Just Africa, nature, small communities, unexpected solutions and people willing to help.That’s what made this trip special.Ride. Discover. Respect.
