Have you ever experienced this? You know something, you understand it, but when you actually have to speak, your mind suddenly goes blank. Or you read something just a few minutes ago, but when you try to recall it, you struggle to remember the information. I’ve experienced this too, so for the last few days I’ve been learning about neuroplasticity and different ways we can practice our memory, focus, recall, and communication skills. In this video, I’m sharing 4 simple exercises that I’m going to practice myself: 🧠 1. Read, Pause & Recall Read a sentence, take a short break, and then try to recall it without looking. 🚶‍♀️ 2. Talk While Walking Choose a topic and practice speaking continuously while walking for a few minutes. ⏰ 3. Delayed Recall Learn something and try to recall the important points after a few hours. 🎤 4. Think & Speak Research a topic, put your notes away, and practice explaining it in your own words without memorizing a script. The goal isn’t to become perfect overnight. It’s about small, consistent practice and becoming better one day at a time. #communicationskills #confidencejourney #firstyoutubevideo #glowupjourney #newyoutuber #personalgrowth #personalitydevelopment #selfdevelopment #selfimprovement I’ll also be practicing these exercises myself and tracking my progress along the way. If you’re also working on your memory, focus, communication, confidence, or personal growth, join me on this journey. Welcome to Be Bold — where we work on becoming a better version of ourselves, one day at a time. ❤️ If you enjoyed the video, don’t forget to Like, Comment & Subscribe! #BeBold #Neuroplasticity #BrainTraining #Memory #Focus #CommunicationSkills #SelfImprovement #PersonalityDevelopment #Confidence #PublicSpeaking #PersonalGrowth
