I Prayed for a Man Who Hadn’t Walked in 2 Years. Then He Started Running. - #196 Steven Snook

Steven Snook was a career criminal facing up to life in federal prison when he made a 15-second deal with God from a jail cell: “Lord, if you save my brother’s life, I’ll give you every breath for the rest of my life.” His brother lived, and what God began doing through Steven behind prison walls is hard to explain any other way. ▶️ Watch more Healing and Miracles:    • Why Most Christians Never Heal the Sick… A...   Steven wasn’t looking for God when he went to prison. He was still immersed in the criminal life when a crisis involving his brother drove him to pray. Soon afterward, he began reading the Bible, encountered the presence of God, and became convinced that what Scripture describes about the Holy Spirit and the supernatural life of a believer was actually real. Inside federal prison, Steven says God began teaching him to hear His voice, pray in the Spirit, and act when the Holy Spirit prompted him. One day on the prison yard, he felt led to pray for a man in a wheelchair who said he hadn’t walked in two years. Steven prayed for him in the name of Jesus—and the man got up and started running. In this conversation, Steven shares his remarkable journey from violent criminality and federal prison to a life centered on Jesus, healing, deliverance, the baptism of the Holy Spirit, prayer, fasting, radical obedience, and what he believes is available to every believer who genuinely wants more of God. ---------- GET STEVEN'S BOOK EXTRAORDINARY SOLITUDE HERE! ⇨ https://link.amazon/B0fDiyaWN EXTRAORDINARY SOLITUDE FACEBOOK COMMUNITY ⇨   / extraordinarysolitude   STEVEN'S MINISTRY WEBSITE ⇨ https://extraordinarysolitude.org/ STEVEN'S YOUTUBE CHANNEL ⇨    / @extraordinarysolitude   ---------- CHAPTERS: 00:00:00 - A Prison Miracle: Walking Out of the Wheelchair 00:02:04 - Welcome Pastor Stephen Snook 00:04:05 - Abandoned on the Roadside & Childhood Abuse 00:09:23 - Life of Crime, Gangs, and Narcotics 00:15:05 - Arrested by the Feds & Facing 22 Years 00:20:07 - The Tragic Call: A Deal with God in a Cell 00:25:25 - The Inward Voice & 10 Days in the Bible 00:28:18 - Revival in the Cell Block 00:31:15 - Sentenced to Coleman Federal Prison 00:38:35 - The Microscopic Spark of Turning Toward God 00:47:33 - Spiritual Warfare: Why the Enemy Targeted My Infancy 00:53:14 - A Loaded Gun & A Texas Standoff 00:56:12 - "I Demand the Holy Spirit": Encountering the Baptism 01:02:30 - Praying in Tongues with a Baptist Pastor 01:07:00 - Radical Obedience: Healing on the Recreation Yard 01:12:19 - Confronting the Prison Imam with a Miracle 01:17:58 - The High Priest of Santería Cannot Stay in My Cell 01:25:25 - How Skeptics & Intellectuals Must Confront God's Power 01:30:51 - Demonstrating the Spirit: Signs, Wonders & Anointing 01:34:35 - Ministering in a Violent Homeless Encampment 01:43:24 - Giving Away My Last Shirt to the Camp Leader 01:48:36 - Studying the Fathers of Faith & Increasing Capacity 01:53:14 - The Mystery of Biblical Fasting & Expanding Spiritual Capacity 02:00:49 - Refusing Religion to Walk in Pure Power 02:14:45 - Breaking Free from Religious Tradition & Church Dogma 02:24:22 - The Greatest Deception & The Ministry of the Spirit 02:32:41 - Deliverance in Peoria: Breaking Deep Roots & Soul Ties 02:44:48 - Multiplying Laborers: Operating in Freedom & Authority 02:50:56 - Restoring a Life: Deliverance from Lifelong Torment 03:02:20 - Anointing Oil & Supernatural Power Over Addiction 03:09:03 - God Heals a Dying Family Dog 03:17:34 - Called Off a Fishing Trip to Hospital ICU 03:34:45 - Rebuking the Spirit of Death at Life Support 03:39:52 - Released 8 Years Early: A Federal Parole Officer’s Dream 03:44:42 - Extraordinary Solitude Ministries & Equipping the Saints 03:52:44 - Final Reflection: Experiencing God’s Fullness --------- 👉 THINGS YOU CAN DO! ✟ Donate to A Stronger Faith ⇨ https://www.astrongerfaith.org/give ✟ Recommend a guest ⇨ https://www.astrongerfaith.org/contact ✟ Become a member! ⇨ / @astrongerfaith ✟ Subscribe to our YouTube Channel ⇨ https://bit.ly/asfmyoutube ✟ Subscribe to our Clips Channel ⇨ / @astrongerfaithclips ---------- ✟ CONNECT WITH US! ⇨ Website: https://www.astrongerfaith.org/ ⇨ YouTube: https://bit.ly/asfmyoutube ⇨ Instagram:   / astrongerfaith   ⇨ Facebook:   / astrongerfaith   ⇨ TikTok:   / astrongerfaith   --------- ✟ For prayer or deliverance, or to become a prayer partner, please visit: https://www.astrongerfaith.org/prayer. ✟ ASF recommended books: https://www.astrongerfaith.org/books ---------- #HolySpirit #Healing #Miracles #ChristianTestimony #JesusHeals #PowerOfGod #BaptismOfTheHolySpirit #SpiritualGifts #Deliverance #Prayer #PrisonTestimony #ExperiencingGod #EncounterWithGod #AStrongerFaith #Fasting
