Fabio Leonardi tomato milling machine processing 200lbs of tomatoes

We spent most of the day processing 200lbs of tomatoes in our new Fabio Leonardi MR0 tomato milling machine with the SP5 attachment. We filled 20 2-quart jars and 7 1-quart jars. The sauce came out amazingly sweet and zero acidity.
