Where to From Here? The Past, Present and Future of Pacific Health Promotion and the Ottawa Charter

This webinar reflects on four decades of progress, since the Charter was adopted, and asks the critical question: Where to from here? Drawing on perspectives from global health leadership, academic research, community development and frontline service delivery, distinguished Pacific leaders examine the Charter's enduring legacy and explore the future of Pacific health promotion in an increasingly complex world. Discussions considered how Pacific communities can respond to today's interconnected challenges, including geopolitical instability, widening inequities, climate change, digital transformation and future pandemics, while building on Pacific knowledge, culture and collective action to improve the wellbeing of present and future generations.
