When you think about the fact that your physical and emotional safety is quite literally riding on the back of a 1000lb prey animal, it makes sense that it would be hard to trust your horse sometimes. In this seven minute video, I am walking you through a holistic and nervous system aware method of learning to trust your horse more. We're practicing a method of regulating, connecting, and communicating, then using this method to earn your horse's trust and respect, as well as teach your body to trust your horse more.
