My friends who went to yuppie high schools said they didn’t have recruiters in their cafeteria.. they get attaboys and commissions for signatures last I heard. ** I know someone who joined up because a family member got cancer and they had no other way to pay for care. I know someone else who joined to flee an abusive relationship. I know someone else who joined because they were homeless. I know someone else who joined because his wife needed prenatal care. I know someone else who joined because they wanted to go to school but couldn’t afford it. I know about 10 people who joined because they were children who didn’t know better. You shouldn’t have to “earn” staying alive. ***look up any middle eastern conflict and compare the number of “enemy” militant casualties to the number of civilian casualties. I recommend operation desert storm but you pick whichever one calls out to you. **** Nightmares are one of the most common symptoms of PTSD for the ones who don’t kill themselves. ***** if you see this and you ever said this to someone, just know i probably actually hate you. Preying on propagandized children and then blaming them for having PTSD after you made them cannon fodder.
