VanLife S14E47 Peugeot/Citroen BSI Diagnosis and Fix Crank/No Start 🛠

My 2006 Peugeot Partner was parked up with a Crank/No Start Issue. Viewers suggested it was a BSI fault, but convention OBDII fault readers don't work on old French.
