Balancing drill batteries is easy if you know how to do it! In this video, I rebalanced my Kobalt Ultimate Output 4AH battery using a desktop power supply. This DIY trick can help bring life to an otherwise dead battery! A dead Drill battery is usually just an unbalanced cell, so giving it some charge might bring the whole thing back to life! In case you are wondering, this is the power supply I use in this video. I have been using it for nearly 10 years and it has been great! Not all PSUs can charge batteries like this, as they must be able to do constant voltage/constant current states.
