Lee started by trimming my beard shorter before applying a hot towel and giving me a traditional razor shave. She followed with an electric shaver for a smooth finish, tidied my eyebrows, and applied Nivea moisturiser with a gentle facial massage. A short head and scalp massage rounded off the visit. The extra care made it special.
