Reverse Engineer Anything Saved My SaaS Thousands of Euros

Everyone's talking about Reverse Engineer Anything, but is it actually something which can make you money, rather than just being a cool demo? In this video I show you how I've used it inside my own business, and how it's saved me thousands of euros on my SaaS. My whiteboarding tool, BluPlai, was built on top of a licensed canvas engine, and when the free trial was coming to an end I used REA with Opus and Sol 6.1 to rebuild that part in our own code. I had up to 17 agents running at once, each in its own Git worktree, with Opus orchestrating and a second agent checking the risk on every PR before it merged, and I got it done in five days on my own whilst travelling. I also show you Jev sorting my inbox, and the plugin which now brings it into Outlook and Apple Mail, where Claude Code and Codex draft replies in my voice on my subscriptions, not the API. The point is, REA is easy if you know how to steer the agents and what technology your code sits on.
