Fairfield District Supervisor and Henrico County Board of Supervisors Chair Roscoe D. Cooper III hosted a Fairfield Forum at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 13 at the Campus of Virginia Randolph, 2204 Mountain Road. Residents learned about family-friendly and wellness activities offered by the Division of Recreation & Parks. Youth programs, senior activities and fall reading were highlighted by Henrico County Public Library. Updates on refuse collection, leaf pickup schedules, storm preparation and pedestrian, sidewalk and road improvements were provided by the Public Utilities and Public Works departments. The meeting wrapped up with an update from Henrico County Public School Board's Fairfield representative Ryan Young.
