Adding salt & sugar is not recommended but I put very little as my little one eats better with salt ,I have tried bland foods as well but he prefers little salt. Therefore I put very little which is not even noticeable for an adult . If you give more salt it can affect babies kidneys... so if you wanna use salt make sure to give very less quantity and make sure it’s rock salt or black salt.
