   • "TWIST OF FATE SYMPHONY" The Story of ROCK...   Back in 2010, VH1 Classic aired a reality series called Rock N' Roll Fantasy Camp, where aspiring musicians got the chance to form bands, work with legendary rock stars, and compete for a shot at rock 'n' roll glory. Produced by Mark Burnett, the show featured three competing bands mentored by Kip Winger, Rudy Sarzo, and legendary songwriter and producer Mark Hudson. Along the way, the musicians worked with rock icons including Ace Frehley, Bret Michaels, Michael Anthony, Lita Ford, and Lemmy Kilmister. One of those bands was Tugboat Circus, coached by Mark Hudson. The group ultimately won the competition and recorded an original song called "Twist of Fate Symphony" with legendary producer and engineer Eddie Kramer, whose credits include Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, and KISS. And then, like a lot of music from short-lived television shows, the song pretty much disappeared into obscurity. But I remembered it. Here's my cover of "Twist of Fate Symphony," originally recorded by Tugboat Circus for VH1 Classic's *Rock N' Roll Fantasy Camp*. An obscure little piece of rock television history that deserves another listen.
