Orphic Hymn to Apollo (Original Ancient Greek) | Ancient Greek Meditation

Experience the divine light and harmony of the Far-Shooter. This video presents a recitation of an Orphic Hymn to Apollo in its original Ancient Greek, set against the backdrop of lyre music and visuals, accompanied by an English translation. The Orphic Hymns are a collection of 87 liturgical poems from the spiritual tradition of Orphism in ancient Greece. They were used in ritual to invoke the gods, and this hymn calls upon Apollo in his many aspects: as the God of Light, the Sun, Prophecy, Healing, Music, and Poetry.
