From Fear to Faith with Pastor Charles

Pastor Charles delivers a message on the tension between fear and faith in the life of a believer, building on a previous sermon about faith that works. He establishes that it is possible to genuinely believe in God and still battle fear, and that the real question is not whether fear appears but which force — fear or faith — gets to make the decisions. Drawing from the stories of the Israelite spies, Peter walking on water, and personal testimony, Pastor Charles outlines three core truths: fear distorts what we see, faith takes the next step, and faith keeps going when life gets hard. He emphasizes that faith is not the absence of fear but obedience in spite of it, and that renewing the mind through the Word of God is essential to breaking fear's hold. The sermon closes with a call to trust God's faithfulness in the waiting season and an invitation to surrender to Christ. 🔥 Freedom Christian Fellowship Winning souls, making disciples, healing hearts, and building a strong family of faith. 🌐 fcfaustin.org 📞 507-481-7491 Belong.
