"When the city of Boston was rocked by what appeared to be the random murder of innocent victims," WBZ produced this documentary during the crime wave that swept the city of Boston'not only the inner-city neighborhoods where murders and shootings had become a nightly occurrence, but crime that now included the mainstream population from outside city limits.
