A Match Made for the Crown | Episode 9.1 Year 1307 | Sims 4 Ultimate Decades Challenge

In the last episode, we saw the Wainwrights mourning the loss of Jeames, and then we dove into the year 1306. We completed our yearly event rolls and completed some successful (and not successful) birthday rolls in the realm. At the castle, Queen Alice died by poison, and we discovered that the maid, Mayra, was the culprit. In love with the King, she wanted to clear space for herself to snatch the crown. Unfortunately, I lost the footage for episode 8.2. To summarize what happened, our little Ella successfully aged up to a child, and then her and Alayna went off to the park to play with the other children from the village. While Alayna surprisingly had a lot of luck making friends (especially with Garret Mowbray), Ella preferred to practice her archery alone. We then celebrated All Soul's Day, and the Wainwrights headed to the Church to remember their loved ones, tell stories around the fire, and spend time with the other villagers. Rose decided it was time to step back into the world of romance, where she flirted with many of the single men, but we did not pair her off again just yet. In this episode, we complete the yearly event rolls where Harwin unfortunately is bitten by a wolf while hunting, and he must take the rest of the year to recover. We saw many successful birthdays, and then we decided to spend some time at the castle where the King made some political moves that did not impress the Princess. Finally we went back to the Wainwrights where the family waited with bated breath to see if Alayna made it to her teenage years. As I said in the intro, I want to get more content out to you quicker, which means I'm axing the summaries. I love them, but they take such a frustratingly long time to film so I guess I bit off a little more than I could chew there 🥲 This should allow me to get 2-3 videos up a week instead of barely getting 1 a week, since the editing process will be a lot quicker.
